Taking care of accidental stains to your new furniture is easy if it is warranted with the One Plan Furniture Care Program
- If a spill occurs, simply blot with a clean cloth or sponge. Most stains come out quickly and easily.
- If the covered stain persists, call Warranty Services within five days of occurrence. A representative will help you process your claim.
- For hard-to-remove stains or for accidental damage, as covered by warranty, Warranty Services will send a professional furniture technician to your home to service the stain or repair the damage at no charge to you. (Some exclusions apply, see warranty for complete details)
Warranted Fabric Protection
The One Plan Program features a warranty for your new fabric upholstery furniture. Warranted Coverage For Accidental:
- Stains caused by food and beverages.
- Stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids.
- It also features added warranty coverage against accidental rips, cuts, burns, and punctures to the fabric! (Some exclusions apply, see warranty for complete details)
Premium Leather Care
Guardian Leather Conditioner is designed to help repel damaging airborne dust and dirt, and help reduce premature fading.
- Our Exclusive Leather Conditioner will protect and nourish your leather upholstery.
- Contains an Anti-Static Additive to help repel damaging airborne dust and dirt and an Ultra-Violet Inhibitor to help reduce premature fading caused by exposure to UV light sources.
- Coverage for accidental stains caused by food and beverages, any human or pet bodily fluids, and rips, cuts, burns, and punctures.(Some exclusions apply, see warranty for complete details.
Premium Wood Care
Our wood finish maintenance program is designed to help repel damaging airborne dust and dirt, and help reduce premature finish fading.
- Our Exclusive Leather Conditioner will protect and nourish your leather upholstery.
- Contains an Anti-Static Additive to help repel damaging airborne dust and dirt and an Ultra-Violet Inhibitor to help reduce premature fading caused by exposure to UV light sources.

If you have not made a service claim within the 5 year life of the program, Morris will issue you a store credit for the amount of the warranty. This credit will be equal to the purchase price of your furniture protection plan and can be used within 90 days after the original service program expires. Your new purchase must be at least equal to twice the amount of your warranty credit. (Rebate program is regulated and funded at the discretion of Morris Home Furnishings exclusively.
