Morris Home Furnishings, in partnership with Guardian, is proud to offer you a comprehensive One Plan Furniture Care and Protection Program. Covering accidental damage to fabric, leather, and wood finish (Some exclusions apply, see policy for details) the One Plan provides you with an easy way to receive service on your furniture if it is accidentally damaged.

NO-NONSENSE PRICE GUARANTEE

Guaranteed for 30 days after purchase if competitor advertises for less.(Conditions and Terms of sale must be the same) If, within 30 days of your Morris Home Furnishings purchase, you find the identical merchandise advertised by a full-service local stucking dealer for less, we will gladly issue you and adjustment for 110% of the difference. Just bring in a copy of the advertisement to your sales consultant for verification. Naturally, this No-Nonsense Price Guarantee does not apply to manufacturer's rebates, other dealer's going out of business sales, merchandise offered as Floor Models, Close-outs, One-of-a-kind, Limited Quantities, Demonstrations, As-Is, Final Sale, or Scratch and Dent Models.

FURNITURE GUARANTEE

Morris Home Furnishings wants you to be happy with your furniture and accessory purchase. Contact us within 7 days of your delivery or pick-up and you can reselect to another regular stock furniture or accessory item. For regular stock furniture and accessories, Morris will refund your full purchase price within 7 days of delivery (See Exchanges and Returns). Naturally, you will be responsible for all delivery charges along with any Comprehensive Protection applied to your purchase. Special Order, Closeout, Floor Model, As-Is, Final Sale, or Clearance merchandise is not included in this program. You may make one alternate reselection per purchase. Authorized returns must be in the same original new condition when returned.

MATTRESS GUARANTEE

Morris Home Furnishings requires that you sleep on your newly purchased mattress for 60 nights to qualify for the Mattress Guarantee towards a one time reselection of another mattress. To cover handling, inspection, and return, there will be a fee of 10% of the invoice price plus applicable delivery fees. Your return merchandise must be in the same original new condition when returned. Mattress Body Impression is the normal settling of all of the quality upholstery material inside your mattress. When you use your mattress, these materials will adjust to your body weight, shape, and sleeping habits. During this adjustment, body impressions will develop. Body impressions are normal and expected. This means the mattress is doing what it is designed to do. It is conforming to your body and creating a comfortable sleeping area for you.

When you first receive your purchase, you should follow the manufacturer's care instructions to extend the life of your mattress set. Please remember that your new mattress will never be perfectly flat. It is designed to be comfortable to you.

ELECTRONICS GUARANTEE

Manufacturer's Warranty applies. No exchanges after 7 days. Authorized returns must be in the same original new condition when returned.

SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

Having a one of a kind item made for you can make a room special and unique, and we are glad to assits you in beautifying your home. Below are some important things you need to know about your special order. A special order is:

  • An item not displayed in our showroom.
  • An item displayed in our showroom but in a different color, size, or finish.
  • An item not stocked in our warehouse.

A SPECIAL ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED

If for any reason you fail to take delivery of your special order merchandise or if the order is cancelled because delivery was not taken within 21 days from the date the order was available for delivery, your 25% deposit fee will be forfeited as a restocking charge. The 25% deposit fee will be calculated based on the merchandise total only. Sales tax and protection costs are not included. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be allowed.

Special order production and arrival times vary by style, model, fabric, and by manufacturer. All estimates subject to availability of product from our manufacturers. If an item arrives damaged our skilled and extensively trained craftsmen will repair and restore it and not exchanged. All damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery or pick-up.

If your merchandise does not fit in your room(down the hallway, up the stairs, etc.) it cannot be returned since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Do no special order if you feel this may be a problem. Please take accurate measurements before ordering.

Our buyer will audit the sales order for completeness and pricing accuracy. If adjustments are needed you will be contacted for approval before your order is placed.

Dye lots on fabric samples may differ in shade from those actually delivered by the manufacturer. Morris Home Furnishings is not responsible for dye lot differences.

MORRIS SERVICE POLICY

Morris believes that our customer's buying experience should be a pleasant one. We stand behind all of our furniture products with exceptional service and warranty against manufacturer's defects for one year from the date of delivery. Mattress and Electronics carry their manufacturer's warranty only.

SPECIAL REDUCTIONS

Special Reduction and Floor Sample Merchandise will include the manufacturer's parts warranty, except for "As-Is" marked merchandise. Delivery or pick-up must be made within 7 days. Merchandise must be paid in full at the time of the purchase. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, & REFUNDS

Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by the Morris Service Department to insure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes but is not limited to:

  • No signs of wear and tear
  • Scratches, nicks, or stains
  • Pet hair, smoke damage, or missing parts

All returned stocked merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. Special order merchandise will be repaired and not exchanged. All applicable delivery fees and Comprehensive Protection are not refundable.

MERCHANDISE IN YOUR HOME LONGER THAN 7 DAYS CANNOT BE RETURNED

All refund checks are issued within 14 days by our Corporate Office. Refunds on bankcards or Morris Charge Card are credited to the card used as payment. All refund checks will be mailed from the Corporate Office two business days after authorization.

NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

USED FURNITURE REMOVAL

Morris Home Furnishings does not remove or exchange used furniture but if your furniture is in good condition, charities such as Saint Francis Thrift Store will come and pick-up your used furniture.
